Process design

Our process designers use their critical thinking and design skills to innovate our processes and systems. Working closely with business consultants and software developers, they see the projects they lead transform our workflow. Client's testimonials

Software development

All our systems have been developed in-house to be bilingual. Our software developers lead projects to develop systems, using technologies like Vue.js and D3.js. Working with members inside and outside the development team, they are involved with front and back end development, taking projects from concept to realization.

Our people

Of our team of 70 bilingual professionals, 60% are Japanese and 40% are non-Japanese, representing 20 nationalities. 86% have studied or worked abroad. Working mothers make up 25% of our team.
